Srinagar, March 27: Former J&K National Panthers party leader and former MLC Syed Mohammad Rafiq Shah is going to join the National Conference today.
Shah confirmed to Kashmir In-Depth that he will meet Omar Abdullah at his residence today and formally join the NC.
