Srinagar, May 28 : A driver died after a tractor turned turtle at Sarmarg area of Rajwar, Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday.
Reports reaching said that the tractor skidded off the road and over turned at Check Sarmarg area of Rajwar Handwara.
In the mishap, the tractor driver identified as Tanveer Ahmed Mir son of Ghulam Hussain Mir of Sarmarg Rajwar died on the spot.
A police officer also confirmed the incident and said that a case under relevant sections of law has been registered and further investigations taken up. (GNS)
