115 civilians among 450 killed in Kashmir in 2018: Untoo

Srinagar, Dec 29 : International forum for justice Human Rights JK chairman Muhammad Ahsan Untoo on Saturday realized annual report of Kashmir.

During the year, he said 450 human lives were lost in Kashmir including  115 Civilians, 95 government forces personnel besides 240 militants in 95 encounters.

120 houses were also damaged during encounters, he said while addressing reporters ate Press Club here.
