3 dead, 4 injured in Samba mishap

Srinagar, Jul 02 : At least three persons died while four others were injured on Tuesday in an accident that took place in Samba district this afternoon.

The accident occurred a day after 35 persons were killed and over a dozen other sustained grievous wounds in a road mishap in Kishtwar district.

Officials said that a vehicle was on way to Ghagwal this afternoon at around 01:00 PM when it rammed into an Army vehicle on the highway at Sandh Bari, resulting into the death of three persons and injuries to four others.

They said the injured persons were shifted to the hospital for treatment, adding that a case has been registered in this regard. (KNS)
