Govt establishes winter secretariat at Srinagar

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 24: Government today accorded sanction to the establishment of winter secretariat at Srinagar which shall start functioning from October 28, 2019 after the Annual Darbar Move.

The order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), said that the winter secretariat shall begin its work with effect from October 28, 2019 that is the first working day after the closure of offices at Srinagar.

Accordingly posting/deployment of officers and officials has been made for the functioning of the winter secretariat wherein Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants), Kashmir, Kuldeep Kumar Sidha, shall hold the additional charge of In-charge winter secretariat.
