3 years, JKSSB fails to release selection list of candidates under PM package 2017

Srinagar, Feb 18: Scores of job aspirants appeal Tuesday expressed resentment against the Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) for failing to release the final list of candidates under PM package 2017

They said three years have passed but JKSSB seems in a no mood to release the final list of the candidates.


Mohan Dhar, an aspirant from Kupwara told the posts were advertised for Junior Assistants under the Prime Minister’s Employment Package for Kashmiri Migrants in 2017 vide notification No.04 of 2017 but selection list of qualified candidates had not been released.

He said they have already followed the procure for verification, typing test, and Document verification but things have remained unchanged on the ground.


Another aspirant, Sahil Raina said they are suffering badly for the last 3 years and nobody is listening to their pleas.


“If the JKSSB fails to release the list of the candidates, they would stage protest in both Srinagar and Jammu, ” he said.
The candidates appealed Luitenent Governor led administration to resolve the matter on a fast track basis.
