Mentally unsound youth dies in Budgam road accident

Budgam, June 09 (KINS): A 23-year-old mentally unsound youth on Tuesday afternoon lost his life in a road mishap in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.


Reports reaching news agency KINS said A 23-year-old mentally unsound youth identified as Waseem Farooq, son of Farooq Ahmad Wani of Monchwa Chadoora was hit by a tipper bearing registration number JK01K-6814 when he was crossing the road at main market Chadoora. However, he was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.


Meanwhile, a police officer also confirmed this road mishap to news agency KINS and said a case has been registered in this regard and further investigation has been taken up.(KINS)
