Srinagar, June 17 : A 7-year-old girl drowned in nallah in Rafiabad area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday evening.
Reports reaching news agency KINS said a 7 year old girl identified as Ifra Khan daughter of Farooq Ahmad Khan of Rohama Chatloora drowned in nallah Hamal in Rafiabad this evening when she was bathing and slipped.
Reports said a police team rushed to the spot and started rescue operation to retrieve the body of minor girl .
A police officer also confirmed to news agency KINS and said efforts are on to retrieve the body of minor girl.
Pertinently, on Tuesday mother-daughter drowned in South Kashmir’s Ananthnag.
