Srinagar, Aug 4 (KINS ) At least three shops were sealed by the district administration in historic Lal Chowk Srinagar for violating COVID-19 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other guidelines on Wednesday.
Official sources said that a team headed y Sub District Magistrate, Srinagar, Sandeep Sigh Bali conducted market checking and also implementation of COVID related guidelines in Lal Chowk area.
Three shops were sealed for failing to produce necessary documents besides following SOPS and other guidelines.
Srinagar district witnessed 21 fresh COVID positive cases, highest in all districts of Kashmir on Tuesday when 70 corona virus cases were reported in the valley.( SOURCE UNI)
