Commissioner SMC/CEO, SSCL Conducts Spot Inspection to Review Urban Development Projects

Srinagar, Jan 25: Commissioner of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) and CEO of the Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL), Mr. Owais Ahmad embarked on a comprehensive spot inspection aimed at evaluating the progress of vital development initiatives within the city. The inspection focused on the ongoing projects in the Sheikh Bagh area, particularly the SDA Parking facility, and various developments unfolding in the Central Business District (CBD) Lal Chowk.
The purpose of the inspection was to assess the advancement of these critical projects and ensure they align with the envisioned urban infrastructure and livability standards set forth by the authorities. CEO Owais underscored the paramount importance of these initiatives in augmenting the city’s urban landscape and enhancing the overall quality of life for its residents.
During the inspection, CEO Owais meticulously examined the work underway at the SDA Parking in Sheikh Bagh, emphasizing the need for timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
