Srinagar, Feb 12: In a bid to strengthen the fabric of national unity and provide exposure to the rich cultural diversity of India, the HQ 31 Sub Area, under the aegis of Chinar Corps, is spearheading a youth exchange program. Aimed at fostering camaraderie and understanding among the youth, 35 students and 2 faculty members from Kashmir are set to embark on a transformative journey to Delhi from 13 to 17 February 2024.
These educational excursions serve as catalysts for motivation and enlightenment, offering participants a glimpse into India’s vibrant heritage and the myriad developmental initiatives underway across the nation. The program aims to broaden horizons and ignite aspirations by acquainting the youth with diverse career avenues and facilitating interactions with eminent personalities.
The tour received a ceremonious send-off from the Station Commander, BB Cantt, on 12 February 2024. Throughout their visit, the participants will immerse themselves in the cultural tapestry of Delhi, exploring its historical landmarks and engaging with students from Delhi University. This initiative underscores the Indian Army’s unwavering commitment to nurturing national unity and contributing to the holistic development of the country. By bridging geographical and cultural divides, such endeavors pave the way for a more cohesive and harmonious society, embodying the spirit of unity in diversity.
