Srinagar, Mar 24: In a harrowing incident today around 12:30 PM, a Grand i10 vehicle with registration number JK01AP3127 lost control and flipped over in Ladoora, leaving one passenger injured. The driver’s reckless and negligent driving led to the unsettling mishap, police said.
Eyewitnesses reported that the driver, whose identity is yet to be disclosed, was maneuvering the vehicle at high speed. Suddenly, the vehicle swerved, unable to maintain balance, and ultimately overturned, causing panic among nearby commuters.
One passenger, whose name remains undisclosed, bore the brunt of the accident and sustained injuries.
The severity of the injuries prompted immediate medical attention, and the victim was rushed to GMC Baramulla for treatment. However, medical authorities have assured that the passenger’s condition is stable.
