Srinagar, Oct 08 (KINS): In response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s message of congratulations over the National Conference’s (NC) historic victory in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections, NC Vice President Omar Abdullah expressed his gratitude.
