BJP Kashmir holds membership review meeting with Mahila Morcha

Srinagar, Jan 01 (KINS): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) conducted a Membership Review Meeting with the BJP Mahila Morcha at its party office in J-53, Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar.
In a press release issued to news agency KINS, the BJP said that the meeting was chaired by Arif Raja, BJP Membership Incharge for Kashmir, and Mudasir Ahmad Wani, a senior BJP leader.
The discussion centered on evaluating the progress of ongoing membership drives across Kashmir and highlighting the pivotal role of the Mahila Morcha in strengthening the party’s grassroots presence. Both leaders lauded the efforts of Mahila Morcha members in mobilizing women and encouraging their active involvement in BJP’s political and social initiatives.
Arif Raja emphasized the importance of expanding the party’s membership base, underscoring it as a key strategy for building stronger connections with the people. “The success of any political movement relies on its ability to connect with citizens. Membership drives are a vital step in this direction,” he said.
Mudasir Ahmad Wani acknowledged the dedication of the Mahila Morcha and reassured them of the party’s unwavering support in overcoming challenges. He noted, “Women are the backbone of both society and our party. Their active participation in politics is essential for inclusive growth and strengthening democracy.”
The meeting concluded with a detailed action plan for future membership campaigns, focusing on engaging women from diverse regions of Kashmir and enhancing their participation in political activities.(KINS)
