BJP leaders across J&K listen to 130th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’

Srinagar, Jan 25 (KINS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders and workers across Jammu and Kashmir today listened to the 130th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s radio programme Mann Ki Baat at different locations in the Union Territory.
BJP J&K President and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma, along with MLA Mohan Lal Bhagat, Mandal President Shamsher Singh and Sarpanch Ashwani Sharma, listened to the programme at Booth No. 3 in Sungal C Panchayat of the Akhnoor Assembly constituency. Party workers and local residents participated with enthusiasm.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that Mann Ki Baat is an effective platform through which the Prime Minister connects directly with the people. He said the programme inspires citizens with messages of innovation, nationalism, social responsibility and democratic values, and motivates party workers to serve the nation with greater dedication.
Leader of the Opposition in the J&K Assembly Sunil Sharma, along with MLA Jammu East Yudhvir Sethi, listened to the programme at Paharian Mohalla in Jammu. Sunil Sharma said the Prime Minister’s address reflects the hopes and aspirations of common people and gives clear direction to the country. He added that the focus on youth, women and grassroots workers strengthens democracy.
J&K BJP General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul, along with District President Jammu Naresh Singh, Mandal President Pushkar Sharma, Mandal Vice Presidents Kunti Devi and Rajat Sharma, and Booth President Capt. Rajinder Singh, listened to Mann Ki Baat at Booth No. 8 in Mandal Gadi Garh of the R.S. Pura constituency.
Ashok Koul said that Mann Ki Baat helps build a strong link between leadership and the grassroots. He added that the Prime Minister’s vision of inclusive development and active public participation guides BJP workers, and the message will be taken to every household.(KINS)
