JP Nadda counters Omar Abdullah’s remarks on Poll Percentage in Srinagar

Srinagar, Sept 27 (KINS): Responding to National Conference leader Omar Abdullah’s comments on the voter turnout in Srinagar, Union Minister and BJP National President JP Nadda highlighted the significant increase in poll participation.
Nadda remarked, “If one wants to see the poll percentage, it used to be 6 to 8 percent, but today it stands at 58 to 60 percent. If he was bad at mathematics, what could I do?”
He noted that voter turnout reached 60 percent in the first phase and 58 percent in the second phase, indicating growing public involvement in the ongoing Jammu and Kashmir elections.(KINS)
