Jammu, Mar 1 (KINS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed 1991 batch AGMUT Cadre IAS officer Shantmanu, currently Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary of the School Education Department, as the interim Chairman of the J&K Board of School Education (JKBOSE) and Director of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT).(KINS)
