Srinagar, Oct 29 (KINS): Renowned Bollywood actor Mukesh Rishi attended the proceedings of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Wednesday, watching the session from the Speaker’s Gallery.
Welcoming him to the House, Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather as per news agency Kashmir Indpeth News Service (KINS) said, “Today, we have renowned Bollywood actor Mukesh Rishi in the Speaker’s Gallery. He has worked in more than 200 films. We welcome him.”
Rishi, best known for his powerful performances in films like ‘Sarfarosh’, ‘Ghayal’, and ‘Krantiveer’, hails from Jammu, popularly known as the City of Temples. His presence in the Assembly drew warm appreciation from members across party lines.(KINS)
