BJP says it has asked Omar Abdullah to prove ‘Poaching’ allegations or face 100 Crore defamation suit

Srinagar, July 13 (KINS): The BJP on Monday said it has sent a letter to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, asking him to either provide concrete evidence to support his allegations that the party was attempting to “poach” MLAs or issue a public apology.
The BJP in a statement said that if ‘Omar Abdullah fails to substantiate his claims or apologise, it will file a defamation suit of ₹100 crore against him over his remarks alleging that the BJP was offering ₹20–30 crore to MLAs’.
The remarks were made while he was addressing party workers at.(KINS)
