Srinagar, Oct 15 (KINS): Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today attended the inauguration of the 70th National School Games at the Government College of Physical Education in Ganderbal. The event has brought together young athletes from 23 states and Union Territories.
Addressing the participants, the Chief Minister encouraged them to compete with determination, uphold sportsmanship and build lasting friendships. He said sports play an important role in developing discipline, confidence and empowering young people.
Minister for Youth Services and Sports Satish Sharma and Advisor to the Chief Minister Nasir Sogami were also present on the occasion.(KINS)
