Militants are jewel of the crown for the Kashmir nation: Hizb

Srinagar: Hizb-ul-Mujahideen on Tuesday paid tributes to the slain militants killed in an encounter in South Kashmir’s Shopian district.

In an e-mailed statement issued , Hizb spokesman Saleem Hashmi quoted the outfit chief, Syed Salah-ud-din as saying that “The militants are jewel of the crown for the Kashmir nation and beacon for the next generation. The militants instead of bowing down preferred to sacrifice their lives today.”

“The sacrifices of Kashmiris have everlasting history. This nation is rendering sacrifices since decades and now the fourth generation of Kashmir is fighting unequipped,’ he said.

He added that the sacrifices will take the ongoing movement to the logical conclusion

Meanwhile, the statement added that Hizb Deputy Chief Saifullah Khalid while addressing a meeting paid tributes to the slain militants and said that “the sacrifices won’t go waste and the enemies will vacate from Kashmir soon.”

He said that “commander Shams-ul-Haq was kind and pious militant who fought bravely and caused damage to the enemies. He also escaped the encounter sites several times.”
