DSEK orders change in school timing from 1 May

The directorate of school education Kashmir (DSEK) on Monday ordered change in the school timings from November 01.

“Schools falling in the areas of Srinagar Municipal limits will be open from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm while the schools located outside the Srinagar municipal limits and other areas of the Kashmir province will remain functional from 9.30 am to 3:30 pm,” read an order of DSEK.

The order said that the instructions shall be adhered to by all the institutions.

“Any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously,” reads the order.
