Seminar on Child Rights held

SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 04: To commemorate the International Day of Child Rights, a seminar was organized by the Cultural wing of Department of Information & Public Relations in collaboration with a local NGO, Hope-Disability Centre, Ganderbal and Mission Directorate, Youth here today.

Director, Information & Public Relations, Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar presided over the function.

During the seminar several child speakers, drawn from various schools of the Valley, threw light on child rights and the need to protect the same.

A film on understanding the special needs of children (Taray Zameen Par) was also screened on the occasion.
