Kupwara : Government forces on Wednesday launched a cordon and search operation at a village in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Reports reaching said a joint team of Army’s 47 RR, police and CRPF launched a search operation in Arampora village of the district.
The operation was launched after forces received inputs about the presence of militants in the area a police official told Kashmir Indepth.
He said that all the entry points of the village were sealed and door to door searches conducted.
