DC Anantnag greets people on eve of Eid-Ul- Adha

 ANANTNAG, JULY 20 ( KINS )  : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr. Piyush Singla has extended warm greetings to the people of the district for upcoming festivities of Eid- ul-Adha.

In his message, the DC expressed hope that the Covid Pandemic would end soon and the normalcy of precovid times is resumed. He wished blessings to the people and prayed for the collective well-being of the society.

Calling for strict adherence to Covid SOPs, the DC said it is the responsibility of every citizen to follow Covid Appropriate  Behaviour (CAB) at religious places, markets, mandies, etc during the festival days.

To stay safe and together for such occasions in future, we need to be proactive and deny every chance for the deadly virus to spread again, the DC remarked. ( KINS )
