SRINAGAR, AUGUST 07 ( KINS ): In continuation to its ongoing demolition drive, the Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) today sealed one structure/ building carried out in violation/deviation of Building permission at Nowgam Bye-pass, here.
The sealing drive was successfully executed under the direction of Vice Chairman, SDA Dr. Bashir Ahmad Lone.
Meanwhile, it was informed that the general public is hereby advised not to indulge in any illegal/unauthorized construction whether residential or commercial without obtaining proper building permission from SDA.
Further, any structure raised without obtaining building permission/land use or deviations of building permission shall be directly sealed/demolished as per the provisions of COBA Act 1988. ( KINS )
