Jammu administration retrieves 158-kanal encroached State land

 

JAMMU, DECEMBER 13: District Administration Jammu retrieved 158-Kanal encroached State land during an anti-encroachment drive, here at village Shiba, Tehsil Nagrota.

A team of Revenue officers/officials headed by Tehsildar Nagrota/Dansal, Dhruv Gupta and Police team comprising SDPO Nagrota and SHO Nagrota retrieved the encroached state land measuring 158 kanal worth Rs. 7.5 crore as per the current stamp duty rates with khasra no. 241.

The retrieved state land also includes seven kanal land proposed for development of a playground of Government Middle School Shiba, which was handed over to school authorities.

Similarly, during the drive 6 illegal structures raised on the state land by the encroachers was also demolished during the drive
