Srinagar, Dec 31: In a proactive move to enhance security measures, the Jammu and Kashmir Police have announced a cash reward system for individuals providing information and intelligence on various security threats.
The incentives cover details related to trans-border tunnels, drone activities, narcotics, terror-related operations, and the identification of terrorists.
The announcement encourages the general public to actively participate in maintaining the region’s security by sharing crucial information with their respective district Senior Superintendents of Police (SSsP).
To ensure the safety and confidentiality of informants, the police guarantee the secrecy of the identity of the individuals providing valuable tips.
