Lieutenant General Navin Sachdeva Assumes Command of White Knight Corps, Pledges Commitment to Legacy and Community Welfare

Srinagar Jan 01: Lieutenant General Navin Sachdeva, AVSM, SM assumed command as the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the prestigious White Knight Corps at Nagrota Military Station on January 1, 2024, succeeding Lt Gen Sandeep Jain, SM. Expressing deep honor in leading this elite formation with a rich history in Jammu and Kashmir, Lt Gen Sachdeva paid heartfelt tributes to the brave individuals, veterans, and their families for their significant contributions.
In his address, Lt Gen Sachdeva urged all personnel to maintain unwavering zeal and enthusiasm in their duties. Emphasizing the importance of remaining combat-ready to thwart adversarial threats, he underscored the need for complete synergy with civil administration and paramilitary forces. The GOC extended warm New Year greetings to soldiers, their families, veterans, and the public, assuring the Indian Army’s steadfast commitment to the welfare and progress of the community.
