Class work suspended at Kashmir University, colleges, Schools

Srinagar, Oct 24 (KINS): Class work in all educational institutions, including Kashmir University has been suspended today over fears of protest against the killing of two unknown militants in outskirts of this capital city in a gun-battle.
Class work in all schools and colleges has been suspended today due to “precautionary measure”, official sources said.
Kashmir University, the highest seat of learning, also suspended class work today amid fears of protests by the students against the fresh spate of killings.
The Nowgam campus of Central University has also been shut for the day amid apprehensions of protests.
