Baramulla: 8.4% Voters exercised their franchise in seventh phase of panchayat polls in district Baramulla till 11 am.
Officials said that in Pattan Block 126 of 1360 votes were cast while in Rafiabad block 513 of 6215 votes were cast.
They said that of total 7575 votes in the two blocks 401 votes have been cast till 11 and poll percentage stands at 8.44 votes.
