Srinagar : Ahead of Republic Day Security beefed up across Kahsmir’s capital Srinagar and its adjoining areas.
Reports said heavy deployment of security personnel has increased and security check posts have been set up at several points in part of city.
In Lal Chowk, forces established a barricade and searched vehicles while frisking commuters.
Pertinently last week two greande attacks were reported in Srinagar including at busiet market Lal Chowk.
