Bandipora, Feb 08 : Forces on Friday morning launched a cordon-and-search operation at Gund-Kasiser village in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
Reports said that a joint team of Army’s 14 RR, SOG Bandipora and CRPF jointly conducted searches in the village.
A police officer while confirming the search operation to Kashmir Indepth News said that following inputs about presence of militants in the area operation was launched.
Searches in the area was on when last reports came in.
