PM Narendra Modi on Pahalgam anniversary: “India will never bow to terror”

Srinagar, Apr 22 (KINS): Marking the first anniversary of the Pahalgam terror attack, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday reaffirmed India’s unwavering stand against terrorism, declaring that the country will never bow to terror and that such acts will never achieve their intended goals.

The terror attack, carried out on this day last year in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, claimed the lives of 26 innocent people, most of them tourists from different parts of India.

“Remembering the innocent lives lost in the gruesome Pahalgam terror attack on this day last year. They will never be forgotten,” PM Modi said in a post on ‘X’ as per news agency Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS).

The Prime Minister added that his thoughts remain with the bereaved families as they continue to cope with the tragedy.

“As a nation, we stand united in grief and resolve. India will never bow to any form of terror. The heinous designs of terrorists will never succeed,” he said.(KINS)
