Annual Urs Held at Ziyarat Gah of Hazrat Ali Raza Khan in Quil

Quil, Bandipora, Sep 4: The annual Urs of Hazrat Ali Raza Khan (R.A.), popularly known as Munawar Sahib Malang Baba, is being observed at his Ziyarat Gah in Quil area of Bandipora.
Devotees from Quil and adjoining areas visit the shrine to offer prayers, recite Fateha and pay their respects. The gathering forms part of the religious traditions associated with the shrine.
A three-day Langar is also organised annually at the Ziyarat Gah during the Urs. Food is served to devotees and other visitors attending the gathering.
The shrine is located beneath an old tree and is traditionally decorated with religious calligraphy and ceremonial cloths. The site remains a place of religious observance for people from Quil and nearby areas.
The annual Urs also provides an opportunity for local residents and devotees to come together. The gathering reflects the religious customs and community traditions associated with the shrine.
