A Departmental Promotion Committee under the chairmanship of Deputy Inspector General of Police NKR Atul Kumar Goel-IPS comprising of SSP Baramulla Imtiyaz Hussain-JKPS and other members has promoted several officials to the next rank in the Police Department, today.
48 officials of Executive Police Range NKR Baramulla which include 11 HCs and 37 SgCTs were promoted to the next higher grade under SRO-14 of 1996 dated 15-01-1996 read with PHQ J&K order No. 250/2015 dated 29-01-2015.
DIG NKR Atul Kumar Goel-IPS has felicitated the newly promoted officials and their families and urged them to work with more dedication and devotion for public welfare and the maintenance of peace and public order.
