Newspapers to be printed blank on Sunday

Srinagar: The front page of newspapers will be printed blank on Sunday.

“KEG is going to organize a protest at Press Club at 1 PM tomorrow (SUNDAY). The media body will also issue a statement which will be read out to all the colleagues. KEG and Kashmir Editors Forum has also decided to bring out tomorrow’s newspapers with a strong protest message. All the newspapers will be printed as blank on front page as a mark of protest against the government’s move to scuttle the media in Kashmir,” a KEG statement said.

All friends are invited to cover the event and participate in the protest at Press Club at 1 PM.
