SHOPAIN, APRIL 04 : The President, Aquaf Committee, Arahama, Shopian, has asked devotees to remain indoors during Shab-e-Barat on April 9 and on Urs Mubarak at Hazrati Syed Bahu-ud-din Gung Bakhash Simnani (RA) on April 13, in view of the Covid-19 lockdown.
President, strictly advised people not to visit graveyards at night as is the practice on the eve of Shab-e-Barat, which falls on the 14th day of the Islamic month of Shabaan. The scheduled jalsa, on the day has also been cancelled.
