Elderly person from Anantnag dies at CD Hospital


Srinagar May 18: An elderly person from Anantnag who was earlier tested positive for coronavirus died at CD Hospital.


Head of Department CD Hospital Srinagar Dr Naveed Shah confirmed to news agency KINS that patient died on Monday morning.


“He was tested positive for coronavirus but later he was reported negative. We are waiting for his test reports whether at present he was COVID or not,” Dr Naveed said.


If it is COVID death then the toll reached to 14 in Jammu and Kashmir.

On Sunday a 32-year-old woman Habba Kadal area of Srinagar died in the afternoon at CD Hospital.
