Muslims Perform Last Rites Of Pandit Neighbour in Bandipora

Bandipora, 04 June(KINS): The Muslim neighbors in North Kashmir’s Bandipora on Thursday helped perform the last rites of an elderly Kashmiri Pandit who passed away on Wednesday night.

Reports reaching news agency KINS said, after the news spread in the Kaloosa village, the local Muslims visited the family and expressed condolences with them and made arrangements in performing his last rites.

A pandit woman namely Rani Bhat wife of Mooti Lal Bhat a resident of Kaloosa Bandipora breathed her last during the intervening night of 03-04 Thursday.(KINS)
