Srinagar, June 09 (KINS): Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu has conveyed condolences on the sad demise of former Union Minister, Arjun Charan Sethi.
In his message, the Lt Governor described the former Union Minister as a widely respected public figure who would always be remembered for his service to the country.
