DDC reviews status of ongoing Education, Health, R&B projects at Kulgam


Kulgam Jan 29 (KINS): The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat, Friday convened a meeting here to review status of ongoing work projects of Education, Health and R&B sectors under District Capex, CSS, NABARD and languishing projects.
The meeting was attended by JD-Planning, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Education Officer, Ex. Er. R&B and other officers.
During the meeting, the DDC took a detailed review of all work projects which are under execution in the district under these three sectors.
It was informed that under languishing projects 11 bridges were approved and 7 stands completed and work on 04 work projects of Education sector is under process.
Besides it was also given that the work on 13 work projects of health sector is also under process with an approved cost of 25.39 crore under languishing projects.
The DDC directed the concerned to ensure completion of these work projects within the stipulated time.
The concerned officers of all these three sectors also apprised the DDC about various other work projects which stands completed in the district. (KINS)
