BUDGAM, JULY 07( KINS ): District Information Officer, Budgam, Tajamul Yousuf today held an interactive session with local media persons affiliated with many local and national news channels, print media, social media and online news portals in his office chambers.
While discussing their professional matters, he sought cooperation from them in highlighting government’s pro-people initiatives and developmental programmes being carried out by the several departments in district.
The media persons also raised various issues which they are facing while carrying out their professional duties. Tajamul assured them that district administration will extend all possible assistance to them in discharging their professional duties. He said that all genuine issues as well as grievances will be taken up at appropriate forum for resolution.
The DIO said that both private as well as Government media has to work as one team with an aim to disseminate timely, relevant and authentic information to the public for over all benefit of the population of the district. ( KINS )
