Army organised an “Inter School Debate Competition”

Kishtwar , Oct 15 ( KINS) As a goodwill initiative, Indian Army organised an “Inter School Debate Competition” for School Children at Thatri in District Kishtwar (J&K) as part of “75th Independence Day Celebrations” (Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav). The aim of organising the event was to develop qualities of self confidence, leadership and communication skills. A Large number of children from various schools participated in the event. The Debate saw enthusiastic participation. The students showed conviction and heart to present their point of view to the audience. The Awaam enjoyed the discussions and appreciated Indian Army for organising such intellectually captivating events.( KINS)
