Handwara Police’s Resolute Pursuit of Justice: Vigilant Approach to Execute Warrants

Srinagar, Dec 31: In a dedicated effort to ensure effective and objective-oriented investigations, the Handwara Police has taken a vigilant approach towards individuals subject to 512 warrants who have failed to present themselves despite repeated requests.

In response to this, the Handwara Police has diligently approached the court, seeking proclamations for these individuals. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, the court has issued orders for their proclamation, emphasizing the commitment of the police department to uphold the rule of law and bring those wanted under the law to justice.

However, should these individuals persist in evading the legal process, the Handwara Police is prepared to take further legal action. The department will approach the court for the seizure of their properties, a consequential step aimed at compelling compliance with the law and ensuring justice prevails.

SSP Handwara, providing insights into the challenges faced by the police in executing these warrants, emphasizes the crucial role of community cooperation in maintaining law and order. It serves as a call to action for citizens to support the police in their relentless efforts to apprehend those who seek to evade justice and uphold the principles of a just society.
