Rajinder Singh Tara Assumes Role of Transport Commissioner in JK with Gratitude

Srinagar, Jan 08: Rajinder Singh Tara expressed gratitude for divine blessings as he officially took charge as the Transport Commissioner of Jammu and Kashmir today. Tara, reflecting on his new role, emphasized his commitment to contributing to the enhancement of the region’s transportation systems.
Rajinder Singh Tara, JKAS, was Custodian General, J&K, before the government transferred and posted him as Transport Commissioner, J&K.
Tara, a distinguished officer with a background in public service, reflected on the responsibilities bestowed upon him and articulated his dedication to enhancing the system within the department.
Prior to his appointment as Transport Commissioner, Tara served diligently as the Custodian General in Jammu and Kashmir, showcasing his administrative acumen.
