Srinagar, Mar 29: In a proactive measure to address the prevailing internal security challenges, a Security Review Meeting was convened under the chairmanship of the General Officer Commanding (GOC) Counter Insurgency Force (Delta) in Jammu and Kashmir.
The meeting, witnessed the participation of representatives from various intelligence agencies alongside senior police officials from the districts of Ramban and Kishtwar.
The primary agenda of the meeting was to comprehensively evaluate the current internal security situation in the region and devise strategic measures to enhance vigilance and ensure the safety of civilians and security personnel alike. With the volatile nature of the region in mind, the participants engaged in detailed discussions regarding recent incidents, emerging threats, and potential vulnerabilities that demand immediate attention.
