Budgam, April 30, 2024 – The Electric Division of Budgam has reported extensive damage to its power infrastructure following the relentless onslaught of heavy rains and flash floods in the region. Er. Ishtiyaq Shora, the Executive Engineer of Budgam, confirmed the dire situation and assured that restoration works are actively underway.
The torrential downpour and subsequent flash floods have wreaked havoc on the power distribution network, causing disruptions in electricity supply across several areas under the jurisdiction of the Budgam division.
Er. Ishtiyaq Shora, assured the public that every effort is being made to expedite the restoration process.
