Food Safety Dept analyses milk samples

Srinagar May 21 (KINS): The Food Safety Department Tuesday carried out a drive and analysed samples of milk at Pantha Chowk Srinagar.

A senior official said about 15 samples of milk has been analysed of which two where found to be sub standards. Legal samples of these two sub standard milk has been sent to food testing laboratory for further analysis.
“Milk drive will continue in Srinagar city in comming days as well,” said Yameen Assistant Commissioner Food safety Srinagar.
