Two Terrorists Eliminated in Pulwama Encounter, Search Operation Ongoing: Army

Pulwama, June 3: The Indian Army stated that acting on specific intelligence inputs about the presence of terrorists, the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police launched a joint operation in the Nahom area of Pulwama on the night of June 2-3. “The ensuing firefight resulted in the elimination of two terrorists”.
Army in a social media pist said that a cordon was established, leading to a gunfight with the terrorists.
“A further search of the area is currently in progress to ensure there are no remaining threats”.
